David Rau

Pittsburgh native, David is also, one of nine children. From the time that he was seven years old, starting his first job as a paper boy, David always took pride in going above and beyond for his customers. David attended North Catholic High School and went on to study at the University of Pittsburgh where he earned his degree in Applied Math and Computer Science.

Shortly after, in 1993 David moved to Hawaii where he began a career with the Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua as their Assistant Credit Manager. He later discovered a new passion in the golf industry. David has been a PGA Golf Professional for the last 24 years, enjoying the game, the people, and the business.

After 14 years at Kapalua, David followed his golf career back to Washington state and later California until he landed back in Pittsburgh in 2012. For the last 10 years, David has been leading a team as the Operations Manager at his family-owned manufacturing business in Ellwood City, PA.

When David isn’t enjoying a walk on the golf course, he enjoys fishing, boating, and kayaking.

In all his experience, David has learned that dedication to customer service, a commonsense approach to business, and an individual approach to every customer’s needs is essential to high levels of success in all his endeavors.

It is with this same dedication to excellence that he is approaching the business of real estate.
